摘要：凹印版辊是凹版印刷机最核心的硬件装备，凹印版辊质量的好坏直接决定凹版印刷质量的优劣，进而影响企业的竞争力。为了减少制版对资源的浪费，本论文对凹印版辊加工工艺和电子雕刻法制版的质量进行了深入分析与研究。

论文以包装领域的敞开式空心版辊为例，首先介绍了凹印版辊的机加工工艺，拟定凹印版辊的加工工艺线路；接下来对机加工进程中的凹印版辊进行分析，肯定需要注意的技术要点和盲点；而后使用电子雕刻法制版，熟习电子雕刻机的使用；最后对3种电子雕刻机影响凹印版辊质量的因素进行简单分析，并总结出与之对应的解决办法。保证凹印版辊质量合格率到达生产要求，且性能良好，能有效解决因凹印版辊质量引发的凹版印刷质量问题。

Abstract:Gravurerolleristhecorehardwareequipmentofgravureprintingmachine.Thequalityofgravurerollerdirectlydeterminesthequalityofgravureprintingandthenaffectsthecompetitivenessofenterprises.Inordertoreducethewasteofplatemakingresources,thispapermakesathoroughanalysisandresearchontheprocessingtechnologyofgravurerollandthequalityofelectronicengravingplate.

Takingtheopenhollowplaterollerinthepackagingfieldasanexample,thepaperintroducesthemachiningtechnologyofgravureplateroller,anddrawsuptheprocessingrouteofgravureplateroll,andthenanalyzesthegravureplaterollintheprocessofmachining.Determinethetechnicalpointsandblindspotstobepaidattentionto;thenusetheelectronicengravinglegalplatetobefamiliarwiththeuseoftheelectronicengravingmachine;finally,simplyanalyzethefactorsaffectingthequalityofthegravurerollerofthethreekindsofelectronicengravingmachines,Andsummedupthecorrespondingsolutions.Thequalityofgravurerollercanmeettherequirementofproductionandthequalityofintagliorollercanbesolvedeffectively.
